Privacy Policy

Plain language. No tracking surprises. This covers the tampadynamics.com website specifically.

What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to tampadynamics.com — the public website. It covers what information we collect when you visit, how we use it, and who we share it with.

It does not govern client engagements. Privacy obligations for project work — including data handling, confidentiality, and any applicable regulatory requirements — are defined in the agreements and statements of work governing each engagement.

Information We Collect

Contact form submissions. When you submit an inquiry through this site, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and manage the follow-up conversation. We do not use it for marketing campaigns or pass it to third parties for outreach.

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard request data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs support security monitoring and infrastructure diagnostics. They are retained briefly and are not used to build individual user profiles.

There is no account creation on this site. We do not maintain persistent user profiles tied to individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

  • Responding to your inquiry or request — contact form submissions are used to reply and to manage the follow-up conversation
  • Understanding aggregate site usage — server logs help us identify which content is useful and where the site can improve, analyzed in aggregate, not by individual
  • Improving site content and navigation — we use usage patterns to make the site more useful for the people who visit it
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes — not now, and not as a future business model

Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies on this site. There is no ad tracking, no cross-site behavioral profiling, and no third-party pixels.

The AI assistant feature may set a first-party session cookie to maintain conversation state during your visit. This cookie is not used for tracking across sessions or across sites.

If we use analytics tooling, it is configured for aggregate, privacy-respecting reporting — not individual visitor tracking.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on AWS Amplify and uses AWS infrastructure for backend services. Contact form inquiries are routed into HubSpot, which we use as a CRM to manage follow-up. Content delivery may involve a CDN such as CloudFront or similar providers.

Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. Tampa Dynamics selects infrastructure and software vendors that maintain appropriate security and privacy standards. We do not authorize these vendors to use data collected through this site for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and manage the inquiry. Server logs are retained briefly for infrastructure and security purposes and are not archived long-term.

If you would like to request deletion of personal information you submitted through this site, contact us at privacy@tampadynamics.com. We will acknowledge your request within five business days and complete deletion where technically feasible.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Tampa Dynamics is headquartered in Tampa, Florida.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
