We'll tell you what we think will work, even if it's not what you expected to hear.
Investment ranges
Architecture review: Starts at $25K. A focused two-to-four-week engagement that produces a written architecture, risk register, and a practical path forward. The lowest-risk way to start. Build engagements: Typically $75K–$300K. Scope depends on the system surface area, compliance posture, and integration footprint. We will give you a fixed price after the architecture review, not before. Retainers: Monthly arrangements for teams that want continuous architecture support. Sized to the cadence you actually need. We work with teams whose project budgets start at $25K. If the work is smaller than that, you usually do not need an outside engineer — you need a contractor or a senior internal hire. We will say so if that is what we see.
